Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Arbeit Group is hiring for an HSE Officer position. The role involves implementing and monitoring HSE programs and safety procedures on site, conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and leading safety-related meetings and training.
Persyaratan
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Staff/Officer
- Experience in Data Center, Mining, or Oil & Gas projects
- Valid Electrical K3 Certificate (K3 Listrik)
- General K3 Certificate (AK3 Umum) is not acceptable
- Good understanding of HSE regulations and electrical safety
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs and safety procedures on site
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety standards
- Lead toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and HSE training
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation
