Deskripsi Pekerjaan
MIPCON is currently hiring qualified professionals for the position of Process Safety Engineer. The role involves ensuring process safety and operational reliability in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Biomass, Power Generation, etc.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering Physics or a related major
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Process Safety Engineering within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Biomass, Power Generation, or related industries
- Hands-on experience conducting HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and Bow-Tie Analysis
- Experience with Safety Integrity Level (SIL), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), or Fire & Explosion Protection Systems
- Experience with combustible dust hazard facilities (Biomass, Wood Pellet, Flour Mill, Cement, Sugar, or Metal Powder Processing) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

- Perform process hazard identification, risk assessment, and recommend effective mitigation measures to enhance plant safety and operational reliability
- Ensure compliance with applicable process safety standards, engineering codes, and company requirements throughout project execution
